Michael Jackson’s bedroom scattered with drugs, post-its and dolls when he died

Medicines, post-it notes with scrawled messages, piles of books and dolls were found in Michael Jackson ‘s bedroom when he died.

A new documentary will examine what was left behind by the King of Pop after his tragic death on June 25, 2009, aged 50.

For the first time, the three US detectives who led the original investigation into Jackson’s death – Orlando Martinez, Dan Myers and Scott Smith – will speak about what they found inside the room where Jackson died.

The documentary recounts photographs from inside Jackson’s home treatment room, bedroom, and of Dr Conrad Murray’s medical bag.

The detectives recall finding Jackson’s treatment room scattered with medicines, a doll, and Jackson’s computer.

Speaking in the documentary, Detective Orlando Martinez describes entering the scene.

He says: “There were post-it notes, or pieces of paper taped all over the room and mirrors and doors with little slogans or phrases. I don’t know if they were lyrics or thoughts. Some of them seemed like poems. The bedroom was… it was a mess.”……..read more
